No Party Preference (NPP) Voters

Voters who registered to vote without stating a political party preference are known as No Party Preference (NPP) voters. NPP voters were formerly known as "decline-to-state" or “DTS” voters. If you're registered as an NPP voter and you want to vote for members of the Democratic County Central Committee, you will need to re-register as a Democrat ahead of the election online or through Conditional Voter Registration (same-day registration) at any Vote Center.
